Information on the processing of personal data

The protection of personal data is provided by the company DATA PROTECTION s.r.o., which manages the SOS Cleaning website in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act") and REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

When processing your personal data, we pay attention to the principles of legality, purpose limitation of personal data, minimizing the extent of saved personal data, accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and liability.

3. Grounds for processing personal data

DATA PROTECTION s.r.o. processes the provided personal data for several purposes:

    We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering our services / products.
  2. Visiting our website
    When you visit our website, our web servers always store, for security reasons, the connection details of the computer connecting to our site, the list of websites you visit within our site, the date and duration of your visit, the identification of the browser type and operating system used, and the website through which you connect to our site.
  3. Contact form
    The contact form is used for communicating with the customers and obtaining basic information to create an offer. To be able to send the information you are interested in, we need to keep your name, email and phone number. You can upload a message or a photo to the contact form to describe the building or space that requires our services. If you insert personal data into a message or photo, it will be deleted.
  4. Security camera system
    Our company is monitored by surveillance cameras to protect our estate, movables and rights that make up our property. The operator of the camera system is: CeMS, s.r.o., CRN: 35891823.

 

4. Legal basis for the processing of personal data of data subjects

Our company proceeds according to Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act") and REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

Fulfillment of contractual conditions

We need your personal data such as your name, surname, telephone, email and address to create and conclude a contract regarding the services / products which are provided. The purpose of processing personal data is for pre-contractual and contractual relations. In case of a refusal to provide your personal data for the above purpose, it is not possible for us to enter into a contractual relationship.

Legitimate interest

We process your personal data as well as use a security system to protect our property. We will provide you with detailed information about our security system in our workplace.

The Company considers the personal data provided to be confidential and places emphasis on respecting privacy.

 

5. Use of cookies and web tracking

We use tracking software to determine how many users visit our website and how often. We do not use this software to collect personal information or individual IP addresses. This data is used exclusively in anonymous and aggregated form for statistical purposes and for the development of our website.

    DATA PROTECTION s.r.o. proceeded in selecting suitable companies so as not to jeopardize the rights and legally protected interests of the persons concerned.

 

7. Conditions and method of processing personal data

The company does not disclose processed personal data. The only exception may be a special legal regulation or a decision of a court or other state authority.

The Company will not process your personal data without your consent or other legal basis for any purpose other than as stated.

 

8. Personal data retention period

For the purposes of processing personal data, the retention period is set in accordance with the legal deadlines and deadlines according to the registration plan.

In the case of processing personal data from the contact form, the retention period is set for the period of validity of the price offer.

We keep camera recordings standardly for 15 days. In the case of an illegal act, we submit camera recordings to the police and these records are stored for the time necessary to complete the investigation.

The company securely disposes of all personal data whose purpose of processing and retention period has expired. After the end of the defined purpose, the company is entitled to process personal data to the necessary extent, for research or for statistical purposes in their anonymized form.

The company ensures the processing of personal data of the data subjects in a way that enables the identification of individual data subjects for a period of time no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

10. The rights of the data subject in connection to the processing of his personal data

The company is obliged to process the application of the data subject no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the application or to inform about the reasons why the verification did not take place and the possibility of exercising the right of the data subject to file a motion to initiate proceedings pursuant to Section 100 and other legal protection under a special regulation.

The company is obliged to notify the data subject about a breach of personal data protection without delay, if the breach may be of a high risk to the rights of the data subject.
